We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and therefore no courier, freight or physical shipment is involved in any transaction on avitararealty.com (the “Website”).
1. No Physical Shipping
As our offering is real estate and related services, there is no product that is packed, couriered or shipped to an address. Any reference to “shipping” or “delivery” in a payment-gateway context should be read in the sense described below.
2. Delivery of Documents & Confirmations
Where you make a payment or submit an enquiry online, we deliver the associated documents electronically — for example a payment acknowledgement/receipt, cost sheet, application confirmation or allotment communication — to the email address and/or mobile number you provide, ordinarily within [X business days — to be confirmed, e.g. 2–3 business days]. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of payment.
3. Handover / Possession of a Unit
“Delivery” of a residential unit means the handover and possession of that unit, which is governed by the executed application/allotment documents and the builder–buyer agreement, read with the timelines and rules of the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HP RERA Application No. PRO0120260004). Construction and possession status is shared transparently with buyers and is reflected on the HP RERA portal. Nothing on the Website constitutes a commitment of a possession date except as set out in your written agreement.
